
Local rap artist "Brother Maniac" put on the 1st Annual DMV Awards Show in Washington, DC on January 14th, 2007. The DMV awards show recognized rappers,
singers, dancers/Choreographers and more. Kicking it off to a great
start, Brother Maniac had a packed house here in Washington DC. Then rappers,
and other entertainment took to the stage including City Entertainment Magazine listed Rap Artists, Madom Madon, and others. The one two punch of Brother Maniac and Jimmy Black
has caused a continuance of rap and entertainment shows that they put on across
the country in cities such as: Philadelphia, Atlanta, Richmond, VA, Baltimore,
and overseas dates which are now on the books. Brother Maniac features Jimmy Black on his single "Get Your Groove On" City Entertainment Magazine President, Thurston King who performed in the "Get Your Groove On" music video and took home the dancer award is currently working on the remix to the song.
